This is the most used space in our home. We can keep clean most days thanks to the furniture storage, but more than often, the table is used for board games, lego and puzzle building, and homework. The space is made up of a mix of low to high cost pieces from varying sources. I like to use different sources so that a room doesn’t look like it came straight from a page in a catalog. The challenge can be matching fabric and wood finishes. When possible, order swatches and carry them with you when shopping for furniture and accessories. Here’s our parts list for this room (with clickable links):
Crate & Barrel Rigby Floating Media Console
Bludot Bonnie and Clyde Sectional Sofa
Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair
Mondo Iron Giant Deluxe Collectible Figure
City Prints Artwork (Tim Rodono is GREAT to work with! This DC map was a custom color and size)
Pacific Coast Industrial Lines Floor Lamp
Tokyobay Robot Clocks (try Ebay)
Vintage clock radio (This is the clock radio I had when I was a kid. I found this in my parent’s basement – still works!)
